OPERATION POPEYE: WEATHER WEAPONIZATION

With Operation Popeye during the Vietnam War, the US government made weather a weapon of war. This cloud seeding operation extended the monsoon season and turned roads and trails into rivers and streams.

Operation Popeye was successful. By making all roads and trails in Laos along the Ho Chi Minh trail impassable, the advantage swung to US forces, which enjoyed air superiority over the combatants fighting against the US forces on the ground.

The weaponizing of the weather did not stop after the war ended. We can see the results of these operations all around the world: rivers of rain falling from the skies, flooding in areas that seldom see much rainfall, crippling drought in areas that have not seen it in generations, more and more powerful hurricanes, straight line winds and more damaging tornadoes.

All of these occurrences are, in fact, not coincidental but caused by a nefarious manipulation of natural weather patterns and cycles to increase the misery of populations all over the planet. We know it, we see it, and we should do what we can to stop it.
