Please help send our Bill HF 191 to the next level:
Take the action steps below for what you can do immediately.
HF 191 is a bill for an act relating to the intentional emission of air contaminants into the atmosphere. |
HF 191 was voted to be moved to the Environmental Protection Committee for consideration March 3-6.
MOST IMPORTANT ACTION STEP NOW - contact Environmental Protection Committee:
1) Contact the State EP: Environmental Protection (H) https://www.legis.iowa.gov/committees/committee?ga=91&groupID=687
2) Select 3-4 or more of them and contact them by clicking their link (especially if Republican, and if they are in your District)
3) Tell them you strongly support HF 191, and ask if they will support it. (See attachment for description of this Bill.) Thank you very much.
4) Include the letter at the bottom of this page from the Jefferson County Board of Health Medical Director. Be sure to read this!
